  • Graduate/MBA (with 0 to maximum of 2 years in sales)

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, local language

  • Highly committed, self motivated and willing to work in an start-up environment

  • Should have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Should be ready to travel across 

  • Should have knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power-point) and should know how to use Internet

  • Having own vehicle is a huge plus for this profile 


  • Scouting and enlisting unlisted merchants Maintain regular contacts with existing merchants, provide them with technical support 

  • Maintaining highest quality of database through regular follow-up

  • Will be responsible for achieving (revenue and coverage) targets in the designated areas

  • Study merchant's requirements in terms of product / service and product configuration

  • Identify / prospect and contact potential customers

  • Customer segmentation and market analysis

  • Maintain awareness of competitors’ activities, pricing, merchandising techniques, new products/services in the market.

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity & results reports and projections
